About Microwave Heat Packs

Microwave heat packs! To sooth away aches & pains, or snuggle up with something warm.  Filled with white rice.  Rice packs are hand made by me in the USA.  These come in 2 pieces, an insert and a cover.  Covers come off and are machine washable & dry-able.  Inserts should not be washed. 

Choose from 3 sizes -

Neck wrap size measure about 4" wide, by 20" long and weighs about 24 ounces.

Head size - measures about 5" wide by 10" long - perfect for over the forehead

Hand size - measures about 5" by 5" - great for first aid kits and kids.

Choose from unscented or lavender.

 Lavender packs have added essential oil and dried lavender flower buds to help you further de-stress.  All fabrics are 100% cotton.

To use: simply microwave about 1-2 minutes and enjoy 30-40 minutes of moist therapeutic heat.  Or store inside an airtight container and keep in your freezer, ready for use as an ice pack. Scented packs should be stored in a sealed container when not in use to prolong their scents life.  Do use caution as rice packs can get very hot and may burn.
