Return Policy:

At this time, all sales are final, I do not offer returns or exchanges for most purchases.  If there is a problem with your order, do contact me right away and I will do what I can to work it out with you, but I do not guarantee satisfaction.    In some cases, returns are allowed but buyers will be subject to shipping fees.

Cancellations:

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.  After your order has shipped out, cancellations are no longer an option.

Processing Times:

Each item will have a processing time within the item description.  For most, 3-5 business days before your item is shipped, as most items are hand made or made to order.

Shipping:

Most orders are shipped either USPS or UPS, and generally take 3-5 business days for delivery.  Tracking is also included in most all orders.  Some larger orders may also include insurance. 

Please note that I do my best to package items well and insure they are addressed correctly with the right amount of postage etc.  I am not liable if your packaged becomes lost or damaged in shipping, this falls under the shipping carrier's responsibilities and is out of my hands.  If you do have or suspect an issue with your packaged in transit, do let me know and I will see if anything can be done.
